All orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for an ordered product or item if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed delivery time of 45 days (not including 2-5 day processing).
- you received the wrong item.
- you do not want the product or item you have received. In this case but you must return the item at your expense, and the item must be unused and still in good order and condition.
We cannot make a refund if:
- your order did not arrive within the guaranteed 45 days period due to factors caused by error on your part (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
- your order did not arrive due to force majeure or exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster or disruption in law and order ).
